本文考察了TS分子筛合成中不同结构的有机胺类模板剂对硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和钛酸丁酯Ti(BuO)4水解成胶的影响,我们发现TEOS和Ti(BuO)4的水解速度、水解产物的存在形式,胶液的pH值以及水解时是否有协同作用对分子筛的合成和催化性能有重大影响。苯酚羟基化结果表明:具有分子筛结构的催化剂显示出较高的催化活性,产物主要是邻苯二酚和对苯二酚。而含Ti-O-SiO3结构的无定形钛硅氧化物也有一定的活性,但只生成邻苯二酚而没有对苯二酚。
In this paper, we investigated the effects of TEA and Ti (BuO) 4 on the gelation of TSA with different structures of organic amine templating agents. We found that the hydrolysis of TEOS and Ti (BuO) 4 The speed, the presence of hydrolysates, the pH of the gel and the synergistic effect of hydrolysis have a significant impact on the synthesis and catalytic performance of the molecular sieve. The results of the hydroxylation of phenol showed that the catalysts with molecular sieve structure showed higher catalytic activity and the products were mainly catechol and hydroquinone. The Ti-O-SiO3 structure of amorphous titanium silicate also has some activity, but only generate catechol without hydroquinone.
