编辑,你好:2014年6月1日,我与一家公司签订了书面劳动合同,约定:合同期限为2年,试用期2个月,试用期内月工资1500元,转正后的月工资为3000元。工作了4个月后,我感觉公司并不适合自己,难有发展的空间,因此,提出了辞职,并以自己在试用期的工资太低为由,要求公司给予经济补偿。公司虽然同意解除劳动合同,但却拒绝给予补偿。
