Guided by the theory of dialectical materialism, according to the theory of curriculum education, this article combs the complex contradictions in the construction of physical education teaching materials and elaborates on the ten major relations so as to provide reference for the further understanding and mastering of teaching materials and the effective implementation of physical education.
