在济南钢铁总厂中板分厂大修中,我们运用环氧砂浆粘结法,精心组织施工,仅用10个小时就在主电机传动基础中粘结10根M100螺栓获得成功。 下面谈谈具体的施工方法。 1 螺栓孔的成孔及孔内灌注环氧砂浆前的处理 1.1 该螺栓孔的成孔要求:孔径精确Φ130±5mm,垂直度误差不超过孔深的1/10。孔深h=1200mm~1400mm。 1.2 由于采用水钻成孔,而灌注环氧砂浆要求成孔必须彻底干燥,为此要首先将水掏干,再送风风干,然后轮番送进烧红的Φ100钢管,彻底烘干(这种方法至少要连续烘干12个小时以上)。 注意:不能用明火直接烧干以免损伤孔侧壁的
