一、引言我国自行设计研制的第一套和第二套流化催化裂化能量回收烟气轮机机组已分别于1978年11月在抚顺石油二厂和1979年9月在上海炼油厂建成投产。机组运转可靠,经济收益显著。我国自产的两套烟气轮机均为轴向进气单级悬臂转子结构。美国英格索尔—兰德(Ingersoll-Rand)和埃利奥特(Elliott)两公司制造的单级烟气轮机机组大约已有22套之多。上述两公司均能设计生产双级悬臂转子烟气轮机,但目前尚无操作使用经验。当烟气入口压力超过3公斤/厘米~2或者烟气入口温度大于730℃时,一般应考虑采用双级或多级烟气轮机。三级或四级两端支承转子的烟气轮机已由西德古特霍夫农汉脱(GHH)公司根据ELIN
I.
