12月8日,京郊昌平县与海内外客商签订了18项合作开发该县山区的协议(合同),其中仅南口镇工业公司与日商合作的“欧亚娱乐城建设”项目,投资额就达1250万元。此举正式拉开了昌平县山区致富6大工程的序幕。 昌平县西部和北部是山区,山区面积808平方公里,占全县总面积的62％。有5个纯山区多,10个半山区乡镇,133个山区村,市定的边远山区乡3个。
