Objective To study the impact of nursing risk management on the hospital infection of orthopedic inpatients under the control of circulating quality control and to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods Totally 226 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery from September 2012 to September 2014 in our hospital were divided into observation group (113 cases) and control group (113 cases) according to random number table method. Patients in observation group Nursing intervention, the control group of patients with routine nursing intervention, compared the two groups of patients with different hospitalization rates of infection. Results In the observation group, 25 cases were co-infected with the infection rate of 22.13%. In the control group, 45 cases were co-infected with the infection rate of 39.82%. In the control group, the infection rates were <1 month, 1 ~ 6 months and> 6 months Were significantly higher than the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The concept of PDCA cycle quality applied to nursing risk management of inpatients in orthopedics can significantly reduce the nosocomial infection rate.
