在对职业教育的社会功能进行评价时,我们虽注意到职业教育能满足经济社会发展和个人职业生涯发展这两个方面的需求,但在强调两大功能同时发挥作用时,却往往忽视了这两大功能在价值取向上的差别,甚至还有相矛盾的地方,以致在决策上以偏概全,出现功利导向,影响了职业教育社会功能的发挥。此外,片面强调职业教育的社会功能还容易忽视职业教育环境对其功能发挥的决定性影响。所以对职业教育功能二元性的研究和正确认识,是教育决策的一个基础。
While evaluating the social functions of vocational education, we noticed that vocational education meets the needs of both economic and social development and personal career development. However, we often neglect this while emphasizing that the two major functions play a role at the same time The two functions in the value orientation of the differences, and even contradictory places, so that the overall decision-making in the more utilitarian-oriented, affecting the social function of vocational education play. In addition, one-sided emphasis on the social function of vocational education is also likely to overlook the decisive impact of the vocational education environment on its functioning. Therefore, the dual function of vocational education research and a correct understanding of education decision-making is a foundation.
