作者采用有限元法对套筒冠、近中合支托、远中合支托固位体可摘局部义齿修复牙列末端游离缺损后支持组织应力分布进行测试,结果显示:套筒冠固位体义齿比其它两种因位体义齿在受力时,基牙及基托下支持组织的应力分布均匀,不会对口腔软硬组织产生创伤。因此牙列末端游离缺损采用该方法能取得较好修复效果。
The authors used the finite element method to test the stress distribution of the supporting tissue after the denture distal free denture was repaired by the telescopic crown, mesial abutment abutment and far-middle-incision support retainer partial denture. The results showed that: Compared with the other two kinds of denture, the denture is under even stress, and the stress distribution of supporting tissues under the abutment and base is even, so it will not hurt the hard and soft oral tissues. Therefore, the free end of the dentition defect using this method can achieve better repair effect.
