基于产品实现过程 (ProductRealizationProcess,简称PRP)的改革思想 ,对《 <机械原理及设计 (Ⅱ ) >课程设计》课程进行分析 ,发现该课程的重点仍就停留在软齿面齿轮减速器的设计上 ,与工程实际有所脱离 ,需要进行必要的改革。通过使用硬齿面齿轮减速器课程设计题目 ,并对其内容进行适当改革 ,设计工作更加接近实际工程设计 ,学生的学习主动性、积极性增加 ,创新能力、实际设计能力得到了更大提高 ,题目设计结果优点明显。课程设计的内容只有进行适当的改革 ,与工程实际结合更紧密 ,才能更有利于高校的人才教育。
Based on the reform idea of ProductRealizationProcess (PRP), this paper analyzes the course of “Principles of Machine Design and Design (Ⅱ)> Course Design” and finds that the emphasis of this course is still staying on the design of soft-tooth gear reducer , Apart from the actual project, need to carry out the necessary reforms. Through the use of hardened gear reducer curriculum design topics and the appropriate content of the reform, the design work closer to the actual engineering design, student learning initiative, increased motivation, innovation, practical design capabilities have been greatly improved, the subject Design results have obvious advantages.
