该文主要研究大粒径沥青碎石作为下面层时其材料的设计方法。根据理论和调研结果,对4种大粒径沥青碎石ATB-25、ATB-30、ATPB-25、ATPB-30进行级配设计;采用大马歇尔试验方法确定其最佳沥青用量。通过室内试验,对比评价4种大粒径沥青碎石的路用性能和力学性能,确定一种综合性能最优的大粒径沥青碎石作为下面层。
This paper mainly studies the design method of large-diameter asphalt aggregate as the material of the lower layer. According to the theory and research results, four kinds of large size asphalt aggregate ATB-25, ATB-30, ATPB-25 and ATPB-30 were graded. The optimal asphalt content was determined by the large Marshall test method. Through laboratory tests, the road performance and mechanical properties of four types of large-size asphalt pavements were compared and evaluated to determine a large-size asphalt aggregate with the best overall performance as the lower layer.
