去年,在美国宇航局庆祝人类首次登上月球40周年纪念日之时,一本名为《飞向月球》的新书首次公开了一个鲜为人知的内幕——1969年7月20日,“阿波罗”飞船飞近月球。谁也没料到危险在逼近:登月舱的燃料箱发生了轻微漏气,这种力道只比呼吸稍微重一些,因此所有人都没觉察到。然而在真空条件下,即便是最轻微的气体泄漏,都会使登月舱比原计划飞得更快,从而偏离预定着陆点,与月球产生致命的撞击。
Last year, a new book entitled “Fly to the Moon” debuted a little-known inside story when NASA celebrated the 40th anniversary of the first human landing on the moon - July 20, 1969, Apollo "spacecraft flew near the moon. No one expected the danger approaching: there was a slight leak in the fuel tank of the lunar module, which was only slightly heavier than the respiration, so no one was aware of it. Under vacuum, however, even the slightest gas leak will cause the lunar module to fly faster than originally planned, deviating from its intended landing point and causing a fatal impact on the moon.
