国家“科教兴国”战略的实施,为高等学校的发展带来了难得的历史机遇。在“调整、共建、联合、合并”八字方针的指导下,高等教育体制改革不断推进,全国300多所高校合并或联合,重新组建,近百所本科院校新建,并有大量的民办高校和职业技术学院应运而生,高教规模得到空前的发展。甘肃省积极适应高等教育大发展的新形势,与时俱进,深化改革,高教布局结构发生了历史性变化。对这些学校从历史的角度去审视,档案显得十分重要。因此,新建高校要把档案管理放在更加突出的位置,让它在学校建设发展中发挥应有的作用。
