现状分析1.从业人数少,从业比例偏低目前,宁波市电力系统劳动力就业状况呈现结构性失衡,表现为技术工人特别是高级技术工人从业人数少、比例偏低。2009年,宁波市电力系统培训中心对市内电力系统生产岗位技能人才情况进行了全面调查,结果表明:主业生产技能岗位6862人,其中高级技师16人,技师172人,高级工2180人,中级工3064人,初级工1393人。高级技师仅占主业生产技能岗位人员的0.23%,技师仅占2.51%。
