目的研究南柴胡提取成分对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用刀豆素A(ConA)作为刺激物,活化小鼠脾淋巴细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞,通过对淋巴细胞转化能力、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和白细胞介素2(IL-2)诱生水平的检测,观察南柴胡提取成分对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。结果南柴胡提取成分对小鼠的脾淋巴细胞的转化能力、IL-2诱生水平以及腹腔巨噬细胞的TNF的诱生水平均有上调作用,且有量效相关性。结论南柴胡提取成分对小鼠免疫功能有增强作用。
Objective To study the effect of extracts from Nanxica radix on immune function in mice. METHODS Concanavalin A (ConA) was used as a stimulator to activate splenic lymphocytes and peritoneal macrophages in mice and induce lymphocyte transformation, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin 2 (IL-2) production. The level of detection, observe the regulatory effect of extract components of Radix Bupleuri on immune function in mice. RESULTS: The extractive components of Scutellaria safrole could up-regulate the transformation ability of splenic lymphocytes, the level of IL-2 induction, and the TNF-induced level of peritoneal macrophages. Conclusion The extract of Nanxun Scutellariae may enhance the immune function of mice.
