上半年,福建经济总体情况好于全国,好于东部,经济增长平稳趋升,投资增速位居全国前列,经济效益好于东部。但也存在投资增长后劲不足,出口复苏前景难测,工业经济持续低迷等问题。目前福建经济正处于长期趋势放缓和短期增速下滑的叠加时期,总需求不足和实体经济面临困难是当前福建省经济运行的突出问题,解决问题必须从拓展需求和扶持企业两个方面同时着手,防止出现更为严重的经济减速,实现稳增长,为全面完成全年任务打下基础。
In the first half of the year, Fujian’s overall economic situation was better than that of the whole country and better than that of the east. Economic growth steadily rose and the growth rate of investment ranked the forefront of the country with a better economic performance than the eastern part. However, there are also problems such as insufficient investment growth potential, unpredictable prospects for export recovery and continued sluggish industrial economy. At present, Fujian’s economy is at a time when the long-term trend is slowing down and its short-term growth rate is declining. When the total demand is insufficient and the real economy faces difficulties, it is a prominent issue in the current economic operation of Fujian Province. To solve the problem, we must start with both expanding demand and supporting enterprises , To prevent a more serious economic slowdown and achieve steady growth, laying the foundation for the full completion of the year-round task.
