活塞环的漏光,是环周压力出现不正常的一种现象。由于国内工艺上不能保证不漏光,各厂都有很多人从事漏光的检验,国外是用工艺措施来确保环不漏光,减少了检验工作量,同时也提高了环的使用寿命。 在活塞环制造的全过程中,从仿型开始每一个环节,皆能造成环周压力畸变。当压力畸变到环周上某一部位出现负的压力时,漏光就出现了。 一个活塞环对缸壁的压力分布状态取决于它在自由状态时的外形曲线形状,同时也取决于环的实际直径对名义直径的偏离程度。 众所周知,一个等压环装到比它的实际直径大、或小的缸套中去时,环周压力就不再呈等压分布状态。在这种情况下,环周压力产生了畸变,那么一个非等压环在这种情况下,能不产生压力畸变呢?实际生产中出现的现象就否定了这样的想法,譬如在桶面的拉磨中,当拉磨套过分磨损时,就会出现开口两侧拉磨不出桶面的现象,就是一个有力的证明。 一旦选定了活塞环外形曲线计算公式,首先是制作一个精确的凸轮。目前活塞环同行业中,凸轮的制作,尚停留在手工方式,凸轮轮廓精度和公差是0.01毫米,这一误差对环周压力的影响却是很大。
