常有一些中小型民营企业的老板感慨“随着企业业务量的增长,团队越来越膨胀,需要应付的差使越来越多,因此越来越感到精力不济,力不从心”。而且“随着竞争的加剧,越来越意识到需要有专业化的选手来操盘,才能保证业务的持续增长和公司的良性发展”。但是,令大多数民企老板感到最头痛的,不是选择职业经理人的问题,而是聘用了职业经理人并授权后的信任问题!
