小麦成熟胚愈伤组织的诱导率、生长率及胚性愈伤组织发生率的基因型效应有显著差别。供试的 5个基因型中 ,愈伤组织诱导率基因型间差异达到极显著水平。诱导率大小顺序为 :辽 10>774 2 >Roblin>7757>新克旱 9。以成熟胚为外植体的胚性愈伤组织发生率 ,辽 10为 78% ,774 2为 10 % ,新克旱 9为 0 %。外植体与基因型共同作用影响胚性愈伤组织发生率 ,774 2两种外植体(成熟胚与幼穗 ) ,都有胚性愈伤组织发生。但不同外植体发生率不同 ,成熟胚为 10 % ,幼穗为 1%。而新克旱 9两种外植体均无胚性愈伤组织发生 ,并有褐化愈伤组织 (褐化率分别为 6 9.50 %和53.70 % )。培养基不同胚性愈伤组织发生率也不同
The induction rate, growth rate and embryogenic callus incidence of mature embryos in wheat were genotyped significantly different. Among the five genotypes tested, the differences in callus induction genotypes reached extremely significant levels. The order of inducibility was as follows: Liao 10> 774 2> Roblin> 7757> Xin Ke Han 9. The incidence of embryogenic callus with mature embryos as explants was 78% for Liaoning 10% and 10% for 774 2, while 0% for New Kham 9. The combination of explants and genotypes affected embryogenic callus incidence, and both explants (mature embryos and panicles) had embryogenic callus. However, the incidence of different explants is different, the mature embryo is 10%, young panicle is 1%. Neo-Khan9 explants had no embryogenic callus, browning callus (browning rates of 6 9.50% and 53.70%, respectively). Media different embryogenic callus incidence is also different
