我厂生产一种如图1所示的球面轴套,材料为HT25-47,数量很大,为此新设计了一套车曲面的工装。零件在C616车床上加工,每小时可加工30多件,共2500多件质量全部符合要求。图2所示为工装结构图,它具有以下几个特点: (1)结构简单,制造容易,由于使用滚针,靠模不易磨损。 (2)安装方便,工装直接安装在刀架和尾座套筒上,不需要改变机床结构。 (3)工效高,质量稳定,尤其对设备简陋和小批量生产的工厂更显示出其优越性。 (4)只要更换一块模板就可加工不同直径的球
