分别用35%NaCl和去离子水来模拟苛刻与和缓的大气腐蚀环境,研究了交替腐蚀环境下耐候钢的腐蚀行为。结果表明,耐候钢在苛刻与和缓交替进行的腐蚀环境下比在单一环境下更容易形成致密锈层;腐蚀环境先苛刻后和缓比先和缓后苛刻更有利于形成保护性锈层。
35% NaCl and deionized water were used to simulate the harsh and mild atmospheric corrosion environment, and the corrosion behavior of weathering steel under alternating corrosion was studied. The results show that the weathering steel is more likely to form a dense rust layer under harsh and gentle alternation than in a single environment. The harsh corrosion environment is more favorable for the formation of protective rust layer after the first and second retardation.
