生长抑素及其类似物(somatostatln analogue,SSA)具有抗肿瘤的作用,生长抑素受体显像技术就是应用有关的放射性核素标记SSA,将放射性核素通过生长抑素受体(somatostatin receptors,SSTR)介导到相关肿瘤组织,进行肿瘤病灶和转移病灶的定位、诊断,以及应用与生长抑素类似物联合的药物进行生长抑素受体敏感的肿瘤的靶向治疗。目前研究表明,生长抑素受体显像技术在诊断甲状腺良、恶性肿瘤、甲状腺癌术后癌残留及手术后的复发方面,以及受体介导靶向放化疗方面具有广泛研究。
Somatostatln analogue (SSA) has anti-tumor effect. Somatostatin receptor imaging is the application of the relevant radionuclide labeled SSA, the radionuclide through the somatostatin receptors (somatostatin receptors , SSTR) to the relevant tumor tissues, to locate and diagnose tumor lesions and metastatic lesions, and to target the somatostatin receptor-sensitive tumors using drugs in combination with somatostatin analogues. The present study shows that somatostatin receptor imaging in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid tumors, postoperative residual cancer and postoperative recurrence of thyroid cancer, as well as receptor-mediated radiotherapy and chemotherapy are widely studied.
