目的研究心叶日中花的性状及显微鉴别方法。方法对心叶日中花原植物进行形态学描述,根、茎及叶柄、叶中脉采用胡萝卜包埋法进行切片,叶的上、下表皮采用撕片法,将全草干燥品进行粉碎,然后观察显微结构,并对实验结果进行绘图和文字描述。结果心叶日中花的叶表皮光滑平整;气孔类型为不定式,叶的上、下表皮均分布有大泡状细胞,在上表皮可见散在的浅黄色油滴分布;茎横切面中有10个左右大小不等的维管束排列成类圆环状,其中在两边对应存在2个较大的维管束;根维管束为异常维管束,维管束形状如交通标志“禁止驶入”符号;导管类型为螺纹导管。结论本研究为心叶日中花的鉴别、质量标准的制定以及进一步开发利用提供参考。
