近年来,随着甲胎蛋白分子变异体在肝癌癌变过程中的意义逐渐为人们所了解,对甲胎蛋白分子变异体的研究范围也趋扩大。资料表明,在大鼠、小鼠、人、猴、牛、豚鼠等动物中,相继有人发现存在甲胎蛋白分子变异体,但在绵羊、猪、兔及鸡的AFP中却未发现变异体。因此AFP分子变异体有着动物种类上的差异。本文首次报道在家鸭AFP中存在变异体,并对其在家鸭不同肝脏病理状态下的特点作一初步探讨。
In recent years, with the significance of alpha-fetoprotein molecular variants in the process of carcinogenesis of liver cancer, the scope of research on alpha-fetoprotein molecular variants has also expanded. The data show that in animals such as rats, mice, humans, monkeys, cows, guinea pigs, etc., there were successively found to be alpha-fetoprotein molecular variants, but no variants were found in AFP of sheep, pigs, rabbits and chickens. Therefore AFP molecular variants have differences in animal species. This article first reported the presence of variants in AFP in ducks, and made a preliminary study on the characteristics of ducks in different liver pathological conditions.
