在挤压态5754铝合金高强汽车板中添加不同含量的合金元素钒和锶,并进行了拉伸性能和热疲劳性能的测试与分析。结果表明,添加钒和锶有助于改善汽车板的拉伸性能和热疲劳性能。钒和锶的含量分别优选为0.6%、0.4%。与不添加钒元素相比,添加0.6%钒的汽车板抗拉强度和屈服强度分别增大16%、43%,主裂纹平均宽度和平均深度分别减小36%、35%。与不添加锶元素相比,添加0.4%锶的含钒汽车板抗拉强度和屈服强度分别增大8%、17%,主裂纹平均宽度和平均深度分别减小73%、65%。
In the extruded state of 5754 aluminum alloy high-strength automotive sheet with different content of alloying elements vanadium and strontium, and the tensile properties and thermal fatigue properties of the test and analysis. The results show that the addition of vanadium and strontium helps to improve the tensile properties and thermal fatigue properties of automotive panels. The contents of vanadium and strontium are preferably 0.6% and 0.4%, respectively. The tensile strength and yield strength of automotive panels with 0.6% vanadium increased by 16% and 43%, respectively, compared with no addition of vanadium. The average width and the average width of the main cracks decreased by 36% and 35%, respectively. The tensile strength and yield strength of vanadium-containing vehicle with 0.4% strontium increase by 8% and 17%, respectively, compared with no addition of strontium. The average width and average depth of the main crack decrease by 73% and 65% respectively.
