在普通车床上车制多阶梯形内外圆柱体时,多以控制车床拖板横向进刀量的指示刻度或用卡尺和直尺来直接测量,以达到所车阶梯长度。用上述两种方法加工带阶梯的圆柱体,阶梯长度一致性差,生产效率低,不能适应批量生产。为了在普通车床上加工出阶梯长度公差较小、一致性又好的零件,我们设计了横向进刀定位装置,安装在床头箱一侧,来控制车床拖板横向位移。用该装置配合车制多阶梯形圆柱体,阶梯长度公差可控制在0.02mm范围内,同时又适合批量生产。该定位装置的结构形式有两种,图1为纵向移动定位装置。用定位螺钉将定位杆安装在纵向拖板上,定位杆能在孔中自由移动,并用定位螺钉来确定定位杆的长度。用螺钉将导向板固定在带槽件上,这时纵
