根据中央下发的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010～2020)》的文件精神,中等职业学校在办学机制上要扩大办学自主权,尤其要加强与行业企业的合作机制。结合中等职业教育以就业为导向,培养应用型、复合型、技能型人才为主旨的办学特征,在专业建设方面应积极引企入校企合作,以适应新时代的飞速发展,同时为企业提供一大批技术过硬、受过相关培训与教育的后备人才,使学校与企业达到双赢。
