云南省富源县是重点产煤县,为了维护广大职工的合法权益,富源县总工会在全县着重抓了新建企业建会工作,使新建企业工会达到185个,会员达9000多人。工会组织在组织职工、宣传动员职工投身经济建设、维护职工合法权益等方面发挥了积极的作用。但是,新建企业工会经费收缴困难,部分 Fuyuan County, Yunnan Province, is the key coal producing county. In order to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of workers and staff, Fuyuan County Federation of Trade Unions focuses on the founding of new enterprises throughout the county, bringing the number of newly established enterprises to 185 and a membership of more than 9,000. Trade union organizations have played an active role in organizing staff and workers, propagandizing and mobilizing staff and workers to join the economic construction and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of staff and workers. However, difficulties in the collection of funds for newly established enterprises’ unions, in part,
