用UV、IR研究了酸度对水杨醛缩异烟肼酮式烯醇式互变及其配位性能的影响.研究表明:固态物以酮式为主要存在形式且存在分子内氢键,溶解后,酮式与烯醇式的比例依溶液酸度而异,当HCl浓度>7116×10-3mol/L时,以共轭体系较小的酮式存在,当NaOH浓度>414×10-3mol/L时则以共轭体系较大的烯醇式存在.通过对其Cu(Ⅱ)配合物的合成与表征,证明当HCl浓度<005mol/L时可合成1∶1型配合物,仅当HCl浓度≥005mol/L时,才可获得1∶2型配合物
The effect of acidity on the ketal enol-type enol interconversion and its coordination properties of salicylaldehyde was studied by UV and IR. The results show that the ketones are the main forms of the solid and there are intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The ratio of the ketones to the enolates varies with the acidity of the solution. When the HCl concentration is> 7116 × 10-3mol / L , Which exists in the smaller ketones of the conjugate system. When the concentration of NaOH> 4 14 × 10-3mol / L, the larger enol form existed in the conjugate system. Through the synthesis and characterization of its Cu (Ⅱ) complex, it was proved that the 1: 1 type complex can be synthesized when the concentration of HCl is less than 005mol / L, and only 1 : 2 type complex
