1病例资料男,71岁.因右眼胀痛、头痛、视力下降1个月第2次住院.7个月前患者因视力下降入院.第1次住院病史介绍:2年前右眼有被木棍击伤史,伤后视力变化不明显.专科检查:视力右眼50 cm指数,光定位准确,红绿辨色正常,左眼视力0.6;右眼结膜轻度充血,角膜透明,有棕色KP,房水闪光阳性;虹膜表面不平,有较多新生血管,虹膜后粘连;晶状体呈棕黄色混浊;瞳孔呈椭圆形(3 mm×4 mm),对光反射迟钝,瞳孔区有渗出物,眼底窥不清;眼压35.76 mmHg;左眼正常.全身检查未见异常,血糖正常.
