《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法》(以下简称《组织法》)实施以来,通过村民直接选举村委会成员,实行村民自治,使一大批群众拥护、敢想敢为的村民走上了村委会领导岗位,特别是村委会主任岗位,农村工作有较大起色。但与此同时,一些地方个别村却不同程度地出现了村党支部与村委会之间“两张皮”现象。“两张皮”现象表现在哪些方面?原因何在?如何正确处理好村“两委”的关系?本期“热门话题”编发的这组文章从不同角度对这些问题做了探讨,希望能给广大农村干部以启发。
