目的 探讨血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂 (ACEI)对肾脏病变渐进性发展过程中细胞凋亡及凋亡相关基因表达的影响。方法 SD大鼠 5 /6肾切除后 ,每日灌胃苯纳普利 ( 10mg/kg) 12周 ,采用流式细胞术 ,TUNEL和免疫组织化学技术检测肾脏细胞凋亡及Bcl 2、Bax表达情况。结果 肾切除组细胞凋亡及Bcl 2、Bax表达均高于假手术组 ;苯那普利治疗组细胞凋亡减少 ,Bax表达减弱 ,Bcl 2表达增强。结论 苯纳普利能抑制肾脏病变进展过程中的细胞凋亡 ,影响凋亡相关基因可能是其作用途径之一。
Objective To investigate the effects of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) on apoptosis and expression of apoptosis-related genes during the progressive development of renal disease. Methods After 5/6 nephrectomy, rats were given benazepril (10mg / kg) daily for 12 weeks. The apoptosis and expression of Bcl2 and Bax in kidney were detected by flow cytometry, TUNEL and immunohistochemistry Happening. Results The apoptosis and expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in nephrectomized group were higher than those in sham operation group. The apoptosis of Bcl-2, Bax and Bcl-2 were decreased in benazepril treatment group. Conclusion Benazepril can inhibit cell apoptosis during the progression of renal disease, and the influence of apoptosis-related genes may be one of its pathways.
