旅游服务供应链管理是旅游学界和旅游产业一个较新的概念。本文尝试通过对旅游服务供应链的特征、概念和内涵做深入解读,为我国旅游业的蓬勃发展贡献应有之力。笔者认为,旅游供应链管理的研究,其对完善学科建设、促进旅游企业的发展及旅游业的可持续发展有诸多益处。
Tourism service supply chain management is a relatively new concept of tourism academia and tourism industry. This paper attempts to make an in-depth interpretation of the characteristics, concepts and connotation of the tourism service supply chain and contribute to the vigorous development of China’s tourism industry. The author believes that the study of tourism supply chain management has many benefits to improve discipline construction, promote the development of tourism enterprises and the sustainable development of tourism.
