基于离散数学理论和计算机技术提出了一种数值仿真方法,以直动滚子从动件盘式凸轮机构为研究对象,该机构是包括凸轮与滚子外圈外接触摩擦副和滚子内圈与芯轴内接触摩擦副的一个系统,针对光面磨损失效形式,给出了数值仿真模型,提出了具体的算法方案并编写了通用程序,通过算例实现了凸轮传动系统磨损寿命的预测,使磨损应用研究进人产品设计实用化阶段。
Based on the theory of discrete mathematics and computer technology, a numerical simulation method is proposed. The direct-drive roller driven cam disc cam mechanism is taken as the research object. The mechanism is composed of outer contact friction pair of cam and roller outer ring and inner ring of roller A system of contact friction pair with the mandrel is proposed. The numerical simulation model is given for the wear failure of smooth surface. A specific algorithm scheme is proposed and a general program is written. The wear life prediction of the cam drive system is realized through an example. Wear research into the application of product design and practical stage.
