通过对国产J55高频直缝焊管进行冷拔(轧)变形量与相关热处理等工序的配合试验,探讨出最小壁厚不均度值的最佳变形量范围(μ≈1.45),并进行了冷拔(轧)工艺中焊管的显微组织与性能变化测定.结果表明,控制焊管冷拔变形量后进行单道次冷轧,可以获得组织与性能均匀一致的精密焊管成品,成品管的壁厚不均匀度可在3%以下,性能不低于20钢精密泵管的标准要求.
The optimum deformation range of the minimum wall thickness unevenness (μ≈1.45) was discussed through the combination test of the cold deformation (drawing) of the domestic J55 high-frequency longitudinal welded pipe and the related heat treatment. The results show that the single-pass cold rolling after controlling the cold-drawn deformation of the welded pipe can obtain the finished products of precision welded pipe with the same microstructure and properties. The finished pipe can have the wall thickness non-uniformity of less than 3% and the performance of not less than 20 steel precision Pump pipe standard requirements.
