目的探讨来曲唑联合高纯度尿促性素对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者助孕以及生殖激素变化的影响。方法选取PCOS不孕患者152例,按随机数字表法分组,对照组76例予以氯米芬联合高纯度尿促性素治疗,研究组76例予以来曲唑联合高纯度尿促性素治疗,比较2组排卵周期相关指标、卵泡发育及子宫内膜情况、血清生殖激素水平以及妊娠结局。结果研究组排卵率、单卵泡排卵率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组平均治疗周期较低,注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素(h CG)日成熟卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度较高,治疗后血清LH、FSH、E2水平显著较高,血清T水平显著较低(P<0.05)。研究组临床妊娠率显著高于对照组,自然流产率及多胎妊娠率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论来曲唑联合高纯度尿促性素对PCOS患者的助孕效果较好,能够调节相关生殖激素分泌,促进卵泡发育、排出及子宫内膜生长,提高临床妊娠率,改善妊娠结局。
Objective To investigate the effects of letrozole combined with high-purity urotropine on pregnancy-assisted pregnancy and reproductive hormones in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods Fifty-two infertile women with PCOS were selected and randomized according to random number table. The control group was treated with clomiphene combined with high-purity urotropine. In the study group, 76 patients were treated with letrozole combined with high-purity urotensin. Ovulation cycles were compared between two indicators, follicular development and endometrial conditions, serum reproductive hormone levels and pregnancy outcomes. Results The ovulation rate and single follicle ovulation rate in study group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the average treatment period in the study group was lower. The number of mature follicles injected daily by human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) and the thickness of endometrium were higher. The levels of serum LH, FSH and E2 were significantly higher after treatment, T level was significantly lower (P <0.05). The clinical pregnancy rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The spontaneous abortion rate and multiple pregnancy rate were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Letrozole combined with high purity urinary gonadotropin has a better effect on pregnancy in PCOS patients, which can regulate the secretion of related reproductive hormones, promote follicular development, excretion and endometrial growth, improve clinical pregnancy rate and improve pregnancy outcome.
