我市去年出台了《常熟市中小学办学水平发展性评估方案》(以下简称“评估方案”),“评估方案”中有一项指标:骨干教师的比例要达到30%,这里的骨干教师指获得常熟市教学能手以上称号人员。对照此标准,我校去年有骨干教师13人,骨干教师所占的比例为16%。经过一年的努力,今年新增骨干教师6人,骨干教师所占的比例提升到24%,这一年的增速相当于前三年的总和。为什么一年中有如此快的提升呢?我们的体会是——
Last year, the city promulgated “Changshu City, primary and secondary school level development evaluation program” (hereinafter referred to as “evaluation program”), “evaluation program ” in an indicator: the proportion of key teachers to reach 30%, where Backbone teachers refer to Changshu City, teaching ability above the title of staff. In contrast with this standard, there are 13 key teachers in our school last year, and the proportion of key teachers is 16%. After one year of hard work, six new key teachers have been added this year and the proportion of key teachers has risen to 24%.
