本文以慢速流水冲洗的高湿老化方法,研究了芸薹属(Brassica L.)6个物种254份种质的种子耐贮特性。结果表明:不同物种种子在耐贮能力上存在较大差异。其中B.nigra 种子耐贮性最强,B.juncea、B.carinata 耐贮性次之,而 B.napus、B.campestris 与 B.oleracea 耐贮性较弱,它们之间明显适合芸薹属植物不同物种间的禹氏三角关系。休眠特性可能是影响芸苔属植物种子贮藏寿命最重要的因素之一,它不仅导致了同一物种内不同种质材料间的耐贮性差异,而且也可能导致了不同物种问的耐贮性差异。种子活力的变化也受到休眠特性的明显影响。相对而言,休眠深的种质类型老化后仍然具有较高的活力水平,相反浅休眠或无体眠的种质类型,其活力水平近乎于零。
In this paper, we studied the storability of 254 germplasm of six Brassica species (Brassica L.) germplasm by high-humidity aging method. The results showed that there were great differences in storage ability between seeds of different species. Among them, B.nigra seeds had the strongest storage resistance, B.juncea and B.carinata had the second place for storage, while B.napus, B.campestris and B.oleracea had weaker storage resistance, and they were obviously suitable for Brassica Yu ’s Triangle Relationship among Different Species of Plants. The dormancy property may be one of the most important factors that affect the shelf life of Brassica seeds, which not only leads to the differences in storability between different germplasm materials in the same species, but also may lead to differences in storability between different species . Changes in seed vigor are also significantly affected by dormancy properties. Relatively speaking, the deep dormancy germplasm types still have a higher level of vitality after aging, while the germplasm types with shallow dormancy or no body dormancy have almost zero vitality.
