一、绪言 前报将花生不同类型间杂交获得的F_1的各性状表现作了报导,但对其分离现象未行考察。试验所利用的三个品种类型相互区别很大,且未见其中间型,因而可以推设(1)由于花生顽固的自花受粉,几乎无天然杂交,所以至今尚维持着几个原种类型。(2)花生各性状间存在着连锁遗传以及基因多效性。(3)也有可能杂种后代由于“杂种破落”而引起,类型间可以杂交但新的性状组合维持较为困难。本试验以上述论据为主,继前报进行考察,在上述推断中,此报主要取得了
I. INTRODUCTION In the preamble, the performance of F1 traits obtained from different types of peanut crosses was reported, but the phenomenon of segregation was not examined. The three types of cultivars used in the experiment differed greatly from each other and no intermediate ones were found. Therefore, it can be presumed (1) that because of the stubborn self-pollination of peanuts, there is almost no natural hybridization, . (2) There are linkage inheritance and gene pleiotropy among the peanut traits. (3) It is also possible that the offspring of hybrids may be caused by “hybrid dilapidation”, and the hybrids may cross between the two types, but the combination of new traits will be more difficult to maintain.
