目的研究硝苯地平控释片对原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的影响。方法采用标准超声方法测定耾动脉部位内皮依赖性血流介导的血管扩张能力(FMD)来评价血管内皮功能,测量双侧颈动脉分叉处近端1cm处舒张末期的IMT。结果治疗组在治疗后6个月FMD显著增加(P<0.05),IMT明显减少(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化。结论硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压在降血压的同时可显著改善血管内皮功能,减少IMT。
Objective To investigate the effect of nifedipine GITS on the vascular endothelial function and carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT) in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Endothelial-dependent blood flow-mediated vasodilatation (FMD) at the popliteal artery site was measured by standard sonography to assess endothelial function and to measure end-diastolic IMT at the proximal 1 cm of the bifacial carotid bifurcation. Results In the treatment group, FMD increased significantly (P <0.05) and IMT decreased significantly (P <0.05) 6 months after treatment, but there was no significant change in the control group. Conclusion Nifedipine GITS can significantly improve endothelial function and decrease IMT while lowering blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension.
