目的探讨乳酸监测在治疗蒙被缺氧综合征中,对指导治疗及判断预后的作用。方法对76例蒙被缺氧综合征患儿的血乳酸临床监测。结果本资料表明,血乳酸浓度与蒙被缺氧综合征预后及死亡危险性与血乳酸浓度有十分密切的关系,经统计分析高乳酸血症组与正常组比较、乳酸酸中毒组与正常组比较P<0.05,均有统计学意义,且乳酸酸中毒组与高乳酸血症组比较也具有统计学意义。结论血乳酸监测做为评估组织低灌注等缺氧状态的严重性及预后指标,随着乳酸的动态监测可以使临床及时快速的了解患儿的内环境及对救治措施和预后提供重要依据。
Objective To investigate the effect of lactic acid monitoring on the treatment of mononuclear hypoxia syndrome in guiding therapy and prognosis. Methods 76 cases of Mongolian patients with hypoxia syndrome blood lactic acid clinical monitoring. Results The data show that the blood lactate concentration and the prognosis of hypoxia syndrome and the risk of death and blood lactate concentrations are very closely related to the statistical analysis of hyperlactic acidosis group compared with the normal group, lactic acidosis group and normal group Compared with P <0.05, there was statistical significance, and the lactic acidosis group also had statistical significance compared with the hyperlactia group. Conclusion Blood lactate monitoring is an important indicator to evaluate the severity of hypoxia and prognosis in patients with hypoperfusion. With the dynamic monitoring of lactic acid, it is possible to make the clinic know the internal environment of children quickly and provide an important basis for the treatment and prognosis.
