高峰均功率比(PAPR)是影响光正交频分复用(OOFDM)系统性能的主要因素。提出了用分数阶傅里叶变换(FRFT)取代传统快速傅里叶变换(FFT)的新型相干光正交频分复用(CO-OFDM)系统。重点分析了FRFT降低系统PAPR的原理,并通过光路系统中的仿真实验证明,该算法对PAPR具有明显的抑制效果,但这种抑制效果并不能无限提升,当阶数低于0.001时,其抑制效果不再发生显著变化。
Peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) is a major factor affecting the performance of optical Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OOFDM) systems. A novel Coherent Optical Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (CO-OFDM) system using fractional Fourier transform (FFT) instead of traditional Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is proposed. The principle of reducing the PAPR of the system by the FRFT is analyzed emphatically. The simulation results of the optical system show that the algorithm has a significant effect on the PAPR, but this effect can not be increased indefinitely. When the order is less than 0.001, The effect no longer changes significantly.
