新课程改革后,课堂的最大特点就是学生的活动积极性明显增加,课堂气氛更为活跃。但是,有的教师为了追求表面形式而忽视了主要的教学内容。我们经常可以看到这样的课:一节课师生活动的频率非常高,而学生很少能静下来想想、做做,给人的感觉是课堂里充满了规则、游戏与活动,学生不停地按照老师的要求去做。一节课下来热闹是热闹了,失去的却往往是实质的教学内容。根据笔者多年的教学实践,下面列举几种课堂无效教学行为,并尝试提出相应对策,与同行共勉。
