通过对人力资本观念的分析,本文指出人力资本的产权属于私人对于企业的管理是个难题,而将私人人力资本向企业人力资本转移成为企业所面临的挑战。知识管理的出现和发展为企业解决该难题提供了思路。知识管理中隐性知识和显性知识间的持续互动,实现了个人与组织之间知识的传递,本文建议企业应当从人力资本观念向知识管理观念转变。
Through the analysis of the concept of human capital, this paper points out that ownership of human capital belongs to private management of enterprises is a difficult problem, but the transfer of private human capital to human capital of enterprises has become a challenge for enterprises. The emergence and development of knowledge management provide ideas for enterprises to solve this problem. The continuous interaction between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge in knowledge management realizes the transfer of knowledge between individuals and organizations. This paper suggests that enterprises should change from the concepts of human capital to knowledge management.
