准确预测锻件的尺寸精度是冷锻弧齿锥齿轮研究的难点之一。提出了冷锻件尺寸精度的表征方法,结合有限元数值模拟预测了弧齿锥齿轮冷锻件的尺寸精度,并分析了润滑条件对冷锻件尺寸精度的影响。结果表明,该方法简单易行,能够有效地评价弧齿锥齿轮冷锻件的尺寸精度;当其他条件一定时,摩擦因子m越大,锻件的尺寸精度越低。
Accurate prediction of the dimensional accuracy of forgings is one of the difficulties in cold forging spiral bevel gears. The characterization of the dimensional accuracy of the cold forgings was presented. The dimensional accuracy of the bevel gear was predicted with the numerical simulation of the finite element method. The influence of the lubrication conditions on the dimensional accuracy of the cold forgings was also analyzed. The results show that this method is simple and feasible, and can effectively evaluate the dimensional accuracy of the bevel gear. When the other conditions are certain, the larger the friction factor m, the lower the dimensional accuracy of the forging.
