随着电商的发展,校园成为电商网购消费群体的聚集地,校园快递量逐渐增长。各大快递企业进驻校园,但服务质量参差不齐,未进驻的快递企业在“最后一公里”的配送中仍存在不安全、错乱混杂的现象。针对这些问题,以XX职业学院为例,从快递资源、代理管理、服务质量等方面分析,整合校园的快递资源,使得“共享快递”模式在校园发挥所长,提高校园的快递的整水平。
With the development of e-commerce, the campus has become a gathering place for e-commerce online shopping consumers, and the volume of express delivery on campus has been gradually increasing. Major courier companies stationed in the campus, but the uneven quality of service, not express delivery companies in the “last mile ” distribution there are still unsafe, confusing mixed phenomenon. In view of these problems, taking XX Vocational College as an example, this paper analyzes and integrates the resources of courier in campus from aspects of courier resources, agency management and service quality so that the mode of “express courier” can exert its influence on campus and improve the whole express delivery of campus Level.
