利用计算机及其网络技术实现连续监测 FDM 网路在线传输质量的自动化维护管理方式,以代替传统的定期中断电路进行检预预测的人工维护方式,是 FDM 网路维护管理方式的重要变革。本文介绍实现上述目标的一种具有80年代中期国际先进水平的自动监测系统,并提出在我国实现上述目标的设想和建议。
Using computer and its network technology to realize the automatic maintenance management mode of continuously monitoring the transmission quality of FDM network in order to replace the traditional periodic interruption circuit for the prediction of forecasting is an important change of the maintenance management mode of FDM network. This article introduces an automatic monitoring system with the advanced international standards of the mid-1980s to achieve the above objectives and proposes the ideas and suggestions for achieving the above objectives in our country.
