建立遏制工程施工管理人员权钱交易的监督机制并对工程施工人员实行有效的监督,是我们当前迫切需要探索和解决的一个重要课题。对存在的问题进行了分析,并结合建安企业的实际提出了完善企业权钱交易的监督机制的措施和工作建议。
It is an important issue that we urgently need to explore and solve to set up a supervision mechanism to stop the trading of power and money of project construction managers and to supervise the construction workers effectively. Analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the measures and suggestions on how to improve the supervisory mechanism of the business power and money transaction combining with the actual situation of Jian’an enterprises.
