中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变虽作为眼科常见病,但就其发病机理仍颇存争论,本研究对13例中浆患者进行了视野及荧光造影检查,并对上述结果采取对比分析方法处理。研究表明荧光素渗漏点并非视网膜光敏度缺损最严重部位,且网膜敏度缺损最大值出现的范围位于视网膜大的分支血管附近,有力地提示了中浆病的视网膜下液来源于视网膜血管系统而非脉络膜血管系统,同时阐明了重力在中浆发病中的作用。
Although central serous chorioretinopathy is a common disease of ophthalmology, its pathogenesis is still controversial. In this study, 13 patients with moderate serous disease underwent visual field and fluoroscopy, and the above results were analyzed by comparative analysis. Studies have shown that fluorescein leakage point is not the most severe retinal defect sensitivity sites, and the maximum range of retinal defects occurred in the retinal branch of the large blood vessels near the branch, effectively prompted the subretinal fluid from retinal blood vessels System rather than the choroidal vascular system, while clarifying the role of gravity in the pathogenesis of pulp.
