目的建立快速鉴别薄荷的气相色谱方法。方法采用静态顶空气相色谱法,以薄荷脑为对照进行鉴别。结果薄荷对照药材及薄荷自采样品主峰保留时间与薄荷脑对照品一致。收集样品多数主峰保留时间与薄荷脑对照品不一致。结论采用静态顶空气相色谱法可以准确快速地鉴别薄荷的真伪。
Objective To establish a gas chromatography method for rapid identification of peppermint. Methods Static headspace gas chromatography was used to identify menthol as control. Results Mint control herbs and peppermint self-sampling peak retention time consistent with the menthol reference substance. Most samples collected peak retention time inconsistent with the menthol reference substance. Conclusion Static headspace gas chromatography can accurately and quickly identify the authenticity of mint.
